# Lists of Equipment, Zones, and Sites
The mobile application lets you **view, filter, and manage** the elements of your fleet directly from the field.\
The lists of **equipment**, **storage zones**, and **sites** are accessible from the **Home** screen.
## Navigating the lists
Each list (Equipment, Zones, Sites) presents your elements as **clickable cards**, with the essential information:
* Name or type,
* Reference,
* Subsidiary,
* Compliance status (compliant, to be inspected, in quarantine),
* Connectivity status (not equipped, equipped, stationary, lost, found).

In the list of equipment, zones, and sites, long-pressing an element makes it selectable, allowing you to bulk-edit elements (change an element type, change compliance status, etc.) or perform a visual check that lets you visually inspect the selected elements. The page that appears afterward lets you indicate whether the check is OK or not OK, and then send a report on the completed check by email to a user.

## Search and filters
At the top of each list, you can:
* **Search** for an element by typing a keyword (name, reference, type…).
* By tapping the :filter: **Filter** icon, you can sort your elements by:
* Equipment or zone type,
* Brand,
* Assigned team or site,
* Detected zone or site,
* Compliance or tracking status (equipped, to be inspected, lost, etc.).

**Tip**: combine several filters to precisely target a zone, an equipment type, or a specific status.

## Actions available via the three dots
On each ***"card,"*** the action menu **\[ ⋮ ]** lets you quickly access the main functions related to the selected element.

### For **equipment**
* **Details** – opens the equipment record.
* **Edit** – updates the information (e.g. assigned team, QR code).
* **Inspect** – launches a compliance check (mobile form).
* **Route** – opens the Maps application with directions to the equipment's last known position.

### For **storage zones**
* **Details** – opens the zone record with its associated equipment.
* **Edit** – lets you edit the general information (name, type, assignment).
* **Inspect** – runs a check via mobile form.
* **Change tracker battery** – records the replacement of a beacon battery on the zone.
* **Inventories** – displays the list of the 5 most recent inventories carried out on this zone.
* **Route** – opens Maps to display the path to the zone.

### For **sites**
* **Details** – displays the complete record of the site (zones, associated equipment).
* **Edit** – edits the general information of the site (name, perimeter, type).
* **Inspect** – launches a check on the site (field inspection).
* **Route** – opens Maps to the detected site.

## Element details
Tap the card of a piece of equipment, a zone, or a site to open its detailed record. When the detail of a piece of equipment, a zone, or a site is open, the record is organized into **two tabs** accessible via the **top slider**:
### 1️. **Information** tab
Displays the main data of the element:
* **General information**: type, subsidiary, team, reference, QR code.
* **Location**: fixed position or last GPS detection.
* **Compliance and status**: equipment status, last inspection, current compliance.
* **Related elements** (depending on type):
* **Zone** → associated equipment.
* **Site** → associated zones and equipment.
### 2️. **Documents** tab

Groups the files associated with the element:
* **Documents**: PDF sheets, certificates, attestations, reports.
* **Compliance checks**: history of completed inspection reports (can be viewed and deleted).

## Details of available actions
### **Inspect**
Action common to equipment, zones, and sites.
1. Opens an **inspection form** pre-filled with the type and reference of the element.
2. The user enters the requested information (technical checks, remarks, attachments…).
3. They can:
* **Save as draft** to complete it later,
* **Validate the inspection** to save it permanently.

Once validated, the inspection is logged and visible in the ***Documents*** tab.

### **Route**
Opens the **Google Maps** or **Apple Maps** application depending on your device.\
The route is automatically plotted to the last known position of the element (site, zone, or equipment).

Useful for locating lost equipment or quickly reaching a site.

### **Inventories** (zones only)

Displays the **list of the most recent inventories carried out** in the selected zone.\
For each inventory, you can view:
* The **detection date**,
* The **number of items inventoried**,
* The **associated site**,
* And the **Show address** option to locate the inventory on the map.

Inventory history helps track the presence and movement of equipment within zones.

### **Change tracker battery** (zones only)
Lets you record the **replacement of a battery** on the zone's GC81-type tracker.

Confirm the operation once the battery has been replaced.
